Step back into the 1800's at the Queen Anne, the first urban bed and breakfast inn in Denver, Colorado.
The two side by side Victorian homes on the National Registry built in 1879/1886 at the edge of the city, now face a quiet park at the east end of downtown.

Enjoy the grand oak staircase, rare 35-ft open turret, quaint but comfortable rooms. The many elegant antiques, the art, music, greenery and flowers throughout, the cheerful waterfall in the parlor, the original murals covering entire walls in three rooms, and the old fashioned hospitality for which the West, Denver and this inn are well known.
There are fourteen guest rooms including four gallery suites dedicated to famous artists Audubon, Calder, Remington, and Rockwell. Fresh flowers, chamber music, period antiques, direct dial phones, and private baths are in all rooms. Eight of the bathrooms have special deep tubs, and two guestrooms have a fireplace.
The inn is air-conditioned. There is free parking and no tipping is expected.
The hot breakfast (in bed if you wish) and an evening beverage hour with Colorado wines are included.
Knowledgeable innkeepers will suggest seeing-doing-shopping in and around Denver, make restaurant reservations, arrange area tours and sports activities (perhaps see a working gold mine or take a horse-drawn carriage ride to dinner downtown), or advise about other B&Bs in Colorado.

Payment:
Full prepayment is required within two weeks after making the reservation, unless two months or more in advance of arrival when a 50% deposit is acceptable with final payment 30 days prior to arrival. Major credit cards, personal checks, money transfers, travelers checks may be used for prepayments. Major credit cards may also be used to guarantee payment for reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
Refunds:
There is a liberal refund policy. If you cancel or change your reservation at least 72 hours (sometimes longer) prior to 6 PM on each date you have reserved, there will be no charge. Otherwise you will be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 14 to 30 days notice may be required for full refund.
